Monitor all loans-in-process accounts. Disburse draw checks, monitor percentage of completion and process monthly interest billings.



  • Monitor all loans-in-process accounts, including land development loans.
  • Disburse draw checks, monitor percentage of completion and mail monthly interest billings. Monitor past-due interest billings.
  • Process rollovers and letters monthly.
  • Monitor and input information to keep accurate records of contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers for 1099 MISC reporting to meet Internal Revenue Service reporting requirements. Pull necessary reports daily and monthly.
  • Review all new construction files during processing to ensure consistency and that all items are accounted for.  Work with loan officers to resolve any issues before files go to closing.
  • Stay up-to-date on the progress of all construction loans and be prepared to answer customer questions on those loans.
  • Verify and approve scanned loan documents.
  • Backup for posting new loan set ups in database systems daily.
  • Complete random inspections of construction progress each review period.
  • Verify modification calculations.
  • Occasional back up Insurance Desk, Receptionist and Construction Site Inspector.



  • Project a professional, business-like image.
  • Have excellent public and customer relations skills to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, determine their needs, maintain their confidence and goodwill, and establish and maintain effective relationships. 
  • Requires a thorough understanding of banking regulations and Association policies and procedures with demonstrated ability to quickly and independently interpret and apply policies and regulations.
  • Requires basic understanding of green lending and building products including Home Energy Rating System (HERS) index and Energy Performance Score (EPS).
  • Requires basic knowledge of home construction.
  • Requires the technical ability to perform complex calculations involving the use of a HP-12c calculator (e.g. APR calculations, balance calculations, payment calculations etc.).
  • Must have organizational skills and composure at all times, even in under pressure situations. Requires flexibility and adaptability to prioritize a fluctuating workload in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
  • Ability to utilize a variety of analytical techniques and exercise independent judgment to solve problems and identify strategies to solve complex customer needs.
  • Exercise customer confidentiality and discretionary judgment.
  • Requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills including the ability to clearly communicate and explain complex banking, lending and legal regulations and documents.
  • Requires proficiency in basic computer programs including Microsoft Office and Adobe with the ability to learn new software.
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English well. Arithmetic ability to perform basic calculations involving the use of decimals and percentages.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of applicable Association Policies and Federal Regulations including, but not limited to, Bank Secrecy Act, Customer Identification Program, Office of Foreign Assets Control, Privacy, Rights to Financial Privacy, Community Reinvestment Act, Fair Lending, Fair Housing Act, ECOA, RESPA, HPML, Truth in Lending and HMDA.



  • Requires High school diploma, GED or equivalent skills. 
  • Prior customer service experience.
  • Normally requires one year experience loan origination or servicing of real estate loans.
  • Must possess a valid Washington State Driver's License with no more than one (1) moving violation within the previous three (3) years.
  • Must be bondable.



Duties are performed in usual office conditions, in an automobile to and from construction sites and in active construction sites. Ability to operate a vehicle for extended periods of time. Ability to operate standard office equipment including personal computer, standard keyboard, 10-key calculator and work a standard shift with repetitive wrist and hand movements. Ability to talk and hear. Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time. Ability to walk on rough terrain. Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions. Occasionally lift, move or carry items up to 15 lbs. Ability to concentrate on the matter at hand, under sometimes distracting work conditions. Requires manual dexterity and handling ability. Use hands and arms to finger, handle, grab and reach. Specific vision abilities including include close, distance and peripheral vision, depth perception, an ability to identify and distinguish colors, and the ability to adjust focus. Work may involve eye strain due to constant use of computer screens. Occasional walking, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and bending. Ability to be mobile office-wide for various business needs.
